Attention James Bond fans! The cult actor Sean Connery sells his southern French luxury villa “Le Roc Fleuri”. The property, located outside of Nice, is not only in the style of a real James Bond, but was also seen in the film “Never say never”. However, interested parties should bring a bulging wallet with them – a whopping 30 million euros have to be flipped through for the purchase.
It was clear in advance that this was an extremely exclusive property that could only be acquired with the appropriate financial resources. However, the houses in the surrounding area are just as posh as the villa for sale. Stars like Coco Chanel, Pablo Picasso and Grace Kelly lived here during their lifetime. Former James Bond actor Sean Connery is said to have acquired the property in 1970. A few years later, the British actor and Oscar winner married French painter Micheline Roquebrune. Now the couple living in Spain apparently no longer have any use for the luxurious Mediterranean villa and are offering them for sale.
On the Cap de Nice, over the roofs of the city
The location of the dream villa is hard to beat in terms of beauty. On the website of the commissioned brokerage company “Knight Frank”, pictures provide impressions of the paradise life on the property. The property is perched high on the hill of Cap de Nice, right on the coast of Port de Nice. From this position you can see the vastness of the Mediterranean and the roofs of Nice. The 5,000 square meter property is laid out on several levels and even extends to the beach via various terrace gardens. An outdoor saltwater pool, an indoor pool and two guest houses also belong to the property.

The villa has a size of around 1,000 square meters and has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sauna, a fitness room and a wine cellar. The different floors of the main house are connected by stairs and an elevator. The two separate guest villas on the edge of the property are each equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living and dining room. In addition to the main villa, next to a garage with two parking spaces, there is also an independent staff apartment.
The good location on the Cote d’Azur also includes connections to the A8 and Nice Airport. From here you can easily reach the nearby towns of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Monaco.
